Message I just tested the CAS that was in my car vs a CAS I borrowed from the tuner, via the test method in the FSM.

Test 1: Borrowed (supposedly good) CAS: Testing pin 2, When turning the shaft the fluke shows ~2.7v (when injectors are open), and when the shaft is at rest it ALWAYS shows 5.13v (closed injectors), no matter where it is at rest. Pin 1 had similar or same results I believe.

Test 2: My CAS: Pin 1 appears to be fine, at 2.7v while injectors are open, and ~5.14v when they're closed. Pin 2 however, shows ~2.7v when open most of the time, but 75% of the time it shows .2v when closed. Sometimes it will show 5.14v when closed, but most of the time .2

Basically that output pin on my CAS seems out of whack and all over the map. Seems to me that wouldn't have very good effects on the way the engine performs...

Thoughts? Any ideas what this could be doing to the engine?
